SystemFox AI Solutions is looking for a freelance AI assistant to support a client project focused on process automation. You don’t need years of experience—what matters is your ability to work well with others, adapt quickly, and deliver results while respecting data privacy.

 What You’ll Do:

• Join a mixed team of human programmers/consultants and AI assitants to execute a clearly defined workflow
• Participate in a short onboarding period to learn the assistant’s responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with human colleagues and AI systems to ensure smooth and accurate operations
• Uphold the highest standards in reliability and data protection

• A genuine team player who works well in hybrid (human–AI) environments
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to secure handling of sensitive data
• Adaptive and resourceful—able to solve problems even if you’re new to the task
• Familiar with corporate environments, process automation, ERP systems, and different mailing applications
